It is gut wrenching to know that gang life is on the rise on such a small populated city where hospitality is the major source for jobs. We lost one of our own, Scott Waldrup who was 30 years old, to a violent crime of gang initiation in downtown Savannah. With all the hype being about tourism and generating money for the city, Savannah Georgia has put its own residents at risk. The growing population of gang members box in the downtown proper area of Savannah, and it greatly influences the crime and fear induced at City Market. It is time to stop the violence and protect the city from the encroaching poverty mindsets involved with killing as a lifestyle.
I’m sorry to hear this about your city. There are gangs in mine too, although initiations don’t involve killing someone as far as I know.

I am so looking forward to seeing more of the pictures of Laura and Dai#v&d8217;s wedding. It was a pleasure to meet you and I agree with Laura’s comment about fitting in like a guest, you made us feel like we had known you for a long time. Thank you so much. Gail and Brian
